Pendor gameplay is bandits>Lords>Towns>Armies. Once you get used to it Pendor’s early game isnt that different than other mods except for the fact that you have to keep track of who you need to run from. Avoid the outskirts like the jatu steppe, noldor forests and the mystmountains and 90% of the armies wont even affect your gameplay.
