Give her a Dilaton chip, Block Rate Up V and Ultimate Shield for 93% block rate and pretty much unkillable. Poppi QT: very niche and doesn’t have much use imo. You can try a potion healer (from specials) but I wouldn’t invest too much in her. Poppi QTPi: light element, crit builds are very good but pretty much anything to do a lot of damage.
